Detailed Description

 

 Inspired by Barcelona’s cuisine, the restaurant serves market driven authentic Spanish cuisine in an atmosphere that sparks connections with people, food and wine.

 

Responsibilities

• Work various stations and produce dishes according to the   Executive Chef’s standards.

• Follow necessary prep checklists in order to prepare for service.    

• Assist the entire culinary team in cleaning and maintaining kitchen.            

• Adhere to Department of Health Standards  at all times.

Stipend: $11-$13 /hr (Full time position. Between 32-40 hours a week)

Other benefits:  Shift Meal

 

Requirements

 

-Two years experience in a high volume restaurant preferred.

-Basic knowledge of Spanish cuisine

-Conversational English
