Location: CURRENT: San Diego, Long Beach, San Jose, Denver. UPCOMING: Salt Lake City, Ft. Worth, Portland, Burbank, La Brea, Rancho Santa Fe, Minneapolis
Duration: 12 months
Start Date: All the year
Stipend: Over minimum wage (it depends on experience). Head cook: $15 - $18 per hour.
Hours: 40 hours / week
Requirements: Italian barista skills (understanding of the Italian coffee culture, espresso flavor profiles, brewing methods and traditional drinks. Head cook understanding of Italian garden-fresh ingredients), must speak English, must be able to drive around.
