Line Cooks are required in Japan for Ski SeasonApply now

We really want people who want a working holiday in the snow. The hotel has up to 50 guests and staff. There would be a range of egg dishes, sausages, bacon and anything else that is easy for to prepare from ingredients readily available in Japan.  Lunch will be a café menu: sandwiches, some egg dishes, some rice dishes including Japanese curries, pasta dishes, hamburgers, sliders etc. sometimes we will run an outdoor BBQ. It would include some of the lunch dishes but also some dinner only options. A mix of Japanese and western food. This is easy to apply for and we will help people get this. We are open to suggestions with respect to the menu. Income is taxed at 20.47%. However, this is one of the things we may reimburse staff for at the end of the season as part of a bonus

 

Positions Available: Western and Japanese Line Cooks

Stipend: 2000 YEN per hour
Hours: We expect to have 3 shifts a day 7 day a week. Most weeks the staff will work 5 days a week but every 4th week they will need to work an extra shift.

Requirements: High English level (professional).
Benefits: 1 Meal included and accommodation. Not included visa, health Insurance & flights. Able to get a working holiday visa.
