This restaurant started in 1994 and is located in a landmark building. It offers 2 different dining experiences. The first one, the Tavern, offers an à la carte menu in a casual situation. The second one, the Dining Room, provides tasting menus with an à la carte possibility at lunch. The chef’s seasonal menu consists of chic dishes with a rural influence that shows the restaurant’s connections with local farms and purveyors.
