This restaurant started in 1994 and is located in a landmark building. It offers 2 different dining experiences. The first one, the Tavern, offers an à la carte menu in a casual situation. The second one, the Dining Room, provides tasting menus with an à la carte possibility at lunch. The chef’s seasonal menu consists of chic dishes with a rural influence that shows the restaurant’s connections with local farms and purveyors.

Positions Available: 3 Line Cook

Location: Training in New York City
Duration: 12 months
Start Date: September
Stipend: $13/hour pre-tax (paid overtime). Starting conditions
Hours: 40 hours / week
Requirements: English speaking candidate preferred.
Benefits: Uniforms provided + 1 meal a day.
