The 65-seat restaurant offers guests a casual and comfortable, yet elevated, dining experience, showcasing Asian-American fare reflective of the distinct cultural and culinary experiences of its Executive Chef and Partner. Its dishes feature a variety of market-driven ingredients and local Brooklyn products, combined with chef’s talents and sense of fun. Signatures from the menu include Pretzel Pork and Chive Dumplings with spicy mustard; Korean Fried Chicken and Crispy Oyster-Bacon Pad Thai. For dessert, guests can indulge in chef’s signature version of the Filipino dish Halo-Halo, a shaved ice sundae with condensed milk, coconut, pineapple, lemongrass, tapioca, topped with Cap’n Crunch.

Positions Available: Line Cook with experience in Asian food

Location: Training in New York
Duration: between 9 to 12 months
Start Date: all the year
Stipend: $15 per hour pre-tax
Hours: 40 hours / week
Requirements: one or more years of experience and culinary creativity and professional English level
Benefits: 1 meal + paid overtime.
